How much notice do you need?

For standard orders, same‑day is usually fine if placed before 1:00 PM. For events and larger pieces, 4–8 weeks is ideal so we can plan with growers and lock in your date.

Can I request specific flowers?

We work with what's in season and looking its best, but you can mention favourites in the notes. If they're available and fresh, we'll prioritise them within your palette.

Do you deliver outside the inner city?

Yes, within our regular delivery zone. For areas further out, reach out with the postcode and date and we'll confirm what's possible and the delivery fee.

Can I pick up from the studio?

Absolutely. Select studio pickup at checkout or mention it in your enquiry. We'll confirm a time so your flowers are ready when you arrive.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We'll assess and offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Do you work with event planners?

Yes. We coordinate with planners, venues, and photographers for weddings and larger events. Send us an enquiry and we'll set up a joint call or walkthrough.
