Delivery policy
Opulent Blooms wants your flowers to arrive fresh, upright, and on time. Below is how delivery works so there are no surprises on the day.
Delivery zones & timing
- We currently deliver to inner‑city and nearby suburbs within our listed delivery zone.
- Same‑day delivery is usually available for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
- For specific time requests, contact the studio; extra fees may apply for express windows.
Delivery windows
- Standard deliveries are completed within a flexible window during our delivery run.
- We cannot guarantee exact times, but we honour key notes such as "after 10 AM" or "before 5 PM".
If the recipient is not home
- Where possible, we will leave flowers in a safe, shaded spot at the delivery address.
- If this is not suitable, we may leave the order with a neighbour or contact the recipient to arrange a safe alternative.
- If redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.
Incorrect addresses
Please double‑check the delivery address and contact details. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to re‑route or redeliver, which can incur another delivery fee.
Hospital, business & apartment deliveries
- Some locations require deliveries to be left at reception, loading docks, or mailrooms.
- Once signed in or accepted by venue staff, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Weather & unforeseen delays
Severe weather, traffic, or unexpected issues can slow things down. If a significant delay is likely, we will contact you or the recipient using the details provided.
