Orders & substitutions

• All orders are subject to product availability and seasonal conditions.
• We reserve the right to substitute stems of similar value and style within your chosen palette if a specific flower is unavailable.
• Product images are a guide only; each arrangement is made by hand and will have natural variation.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in local currency and include GST where applicable.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and service type.
• Payment is required at the time of ordering through the methods offered at checkout.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made according to our delivery policy. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery details provided are correct and that the recipient is aware flowers may arrive on the selected date.

Cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the studio as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once product has been purchased or design has begun.
