The story behind Opulent Blooms
Opulent Blooms grew from a tiny studio apartment balcony filled with rescued stems, a lot of late‑night design sketches, and the belief that flowers should feel like your favourite people—warm, easy to be around, and never too perfect.
The studio now lives in a sun‑drenched warehouse space on Lantern Lane, where we design colour‑rich, sculptural arrangements for homes, events, and "I saw this and thought of you" moments that deserve more than supermarket bunches.
What we care about
- Using what's genuinely in season and looking its best on the day.
- Designs that feel relaxed and lived‑in, not stiff or overly formal.
- Low‑waste ordering, smart use of leftovers, and composting what can't be reused.
- Being honest about what will and won't last in your specific space.
- Working with local growers when quality and timing allow.
Studio rhythm
Fresh each morning
Mornings start with growers' drops, coffee, and building online orders. Afternoons are for deliveries, custom pieces, and filling the studio buckets back up again. Sundays and Mondays are reserved for event prep and installs.
