Refund & satisfaction policy
Flowers are a fresh, perishable product and no two stems are exactly the same. Opulent Blooms is committed to making things right if something is not quite as expected.
Our promise
- We design each order using seasonal product in your chosen palette and size.
- If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number.
Replacements & credits
- If the flowers arrive damaged or not up to standard, we will usually offer a replacement arrangement or store credit.
- In some cases, a partial credit or upgrade on a future order may be offered instead of a full replacement.
Change of mind
Because flowers are perishable and custom‑made, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, personal taste, or when requested stems are unavailable but a suitable substitute has been used in the same palette.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the delivery date may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- If we have already purchased product or begun designing your order, a partial refund or credit may be offered instead.
Event bookings
Event and wedding bookings are confirmed with a non‑refundable booking fee. Further payments and cancellation terms will be set out in your event proposal and contract.
